Industrial Maintenance Technician / Plant Mechanic Full Time

We are looking for a Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our Strawberry Plains, TN team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plant equipment and machinery, to ensure safe, timely and efficient operation of all plant machinery and equipment.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday.

Available shifts:

• 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

If you have at least two years of industrial maintenance experience and at least two years of welding (TIG and MIG) experience, we want to hear from you! Millwright, electrical, and/or industrial boiler system knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all plant equipment to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation.
• Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance are accomplished according to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager’s direction.
• Comply with all safety and good Manufacturing practices.
• Repairs or replaces defective parts.
