IT Network Engineers are responsible for performing configuration, implementation, maintenance, monitoring and support of the technical infrastructure deployed at sites located throughout the United States.


  • Maintain network/system efficiency and security by administering servers, routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, virtual Infrastructure, storage, unified communications, software deployment, security updates and patches
  • Support LANs, WANs, Wireless, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
  • Improve the Company‚Äôs infrastructure through innovation, research, and development
  • Work with service providers, vendors, technical and/or non-technical team members to troubleshoot, isolate and resolve local and wide area network problems remotely
  • Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services


  • Bachelors or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.
  • 7 to 10 years minimum work experience in complex systems and Network design, implementation, programming and systems software, and support.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of VMware, Pure Storage, Cohesity, and Cisco technologies
  • Knowledge of: VMWare vCenter, ESXi, SRM, Pure Storage FlashArray//M, Cohesity Data Protection, UCS Servers, Citrix XenApp, Provisioning Services, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Contact Center Express, Presence, and Voice Gateways
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 25% in support of projects and responding to network emergencies at remote sites
